College Way access road will be the second access route into Mountain Empire Community College. The project generally consists of constructing approximately 1,200 linear feet of roadway and turning lanes with crossover on Route 23. The new College Way entrance will be just south of the existing entrance into the MECC campus. Planned completion is set for December 2013.
